"Amazing experience, definitely worth living once ! The cabin is well kept and surprisingly spacious ! The view is amazing, you have to get up early to watch the sunrise. We also recommend you take the breakfast, it was great and generous. Great location to hike during the day on the Velika Planina, and do try all the restaurant you cross ! No real need to bring food, and they got you covered with different items you may wish in the cabin (chips, wine, chocolate, pasta, cheese..) at fair price."

"The location is great, it feels so remote and calm! I could have stayed for sure for a week there just to disconnect from the busy and crazy life. The owners of the place are great and very nice people you can easily get connected. You need to also book the breakfast. "Good clean hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Good choice for breakfast. Hotel is situated on a busy road though a couple of miles from the centre of Ljubljana (45 min walk) Convenient for bus route to city centre with stops right outside hotel. Has a gym and a spa which we did not use which have an extra charge. Uber about 8 euros into centre. There is a supermarket and a petrol station nearby if you need to purchase any basic supplies."

"If you want an authentic last Century stay this is the place. It is in a pedestrian only enclave which is pretty as a picture postcard and there is lots of shopping and great food. The hotel does not have a lift but staff manage your bags. High ceilings, 4 poster beds and period furniture. And the place is quiet as a church mouse. loved it and I will be back."
