It’s set into the trees at various levels and it feels like a true forest getaway in the middle of the city. "It’s a new hotel which opened just recently. Accordingly the interior and amenities are fresh and modern. The staff was friendly but unfortunately not up to the standard of the hotel. Services like breakfast, laundry, restaurant etc. don’t match the quality criteria of a 4* hotel. Very noisy on some evenings until late night due to loud banquets on the upper floor."

"Reception staff were very friendly and courteous. Wait staff, although there always many around, paid little attention to customers. Food quality was okay, but key items (like cheese) were sometimes unavailable making many dishes unavailable. Food and drinks were delivered exceedingly slowly. Getting a Coke Zero & burger for dinner was a two hour event. The bedroom and bathroom were very clean, but there were only two bath towels and no hand towels. When I asked for one I was given a washcloth that was not replaced the next day. On my last day a bath mat appeared. Breakfast buffet had many options but little was fresh. A little more attention to detail, especially around food and beverage service would be great."
