She was courteous, efficient, and always ready to assist with a genuine smile, which made the check-in and overall experience truly pleasant. Also a big thank you to Jagjeet for placing the slice of birthday cake in our room so that i may surprise my best friend on her birthday! I would also like to commend the housekeeping team for the birthday decorations as well as maintaining the room in impeccable condition. "Debbie was so warm and welcoming! Room is clean and contains all the needed amenities; perhaps add transparency cover to the upstairs bathroom in the family room. Nasi Lemak and food spread at breakfast were really good as well! Overall, thoroughly impressed and would patron this hotel again if u visit Ipoh!"
