"We stayed for 1 night. The property is elegantly decorated. The area is residential and you can reach the center of the city easily by car and public transport and even by walking for a bit more. Parking on the road was easy to find. The room was clean , spacious with comfortable beds .We asked for a cot and it was provided although it was not mentioned in the amenities, therefore we would advise the property to edit their amenities description. "My wife and I had a wonderful stay due primarily to a wonderful, caring and humane staff. When we checked in Jana and Petr immediately made us feel at home at this beautiful facility. The warm atmosphere continued throughout everywhere we went including the treatment by the restaurant staff, especially our waitress Katerina. We are grateful for our visit here."

"Good location for being in the middle of the main street. Breakfast was nice. Hotel was clean and smelled fresh when walking into my room. It is East Europe and the rooms are antiquated in that power outlets are not many. Only stayed for one night so I didn’t get to see the spa but from the looks of the area and brochures on treatments, would seem to be nice. "

"Lovely cozy place with traditions, good food and nice people in a pretty Czech villa. Pets cost extra, which they failed to mention on the booking page, other than that all looked exactly like on the pictures. Our room could use some minor cosmetic renovation but it was very clean and a good deal. I was happy with this choice. "

There was a misunderstanding because of the booking agents listing - the hotel manager was quick to accommodate me even though she wasn't obligated to do so. The pool and hot tub were great!
