"Company did refund our last night’s stay due to not being able to access the campsite. Creek bed flooded. Talked to management and asked if there was somehow we could get our medications that were in the tent….and we shouldn’t go without them. They stated they couldn’t do anything about it. Didn’t even offer other suggestions or provide an alternate place for us to spend the night. We finally found a hotel that had a vacancy, but it wasn’t until midnight."

"The rooms were clean but didn’t like the pillows on the beds. If there was a fan in the bathroom it didn’t work and that’s probably why some of the wall paper was peeling. Were very happy over all with are stay. Will definitely stay there again if in that area and will recommend it to family and friends."

"The room is old and rustic but is very clean and smells nice. The head housekeeper provided me with a few xtra towels and let me know what was activities I could visit in town, very sweet. The hotel is close to two grocery stores and a convince shop open 24hrs. They are pet friendly and have a nice pool too! Definitely coming back again and again."

"Our stay at Knab Suites was good overall, and we would stay here again. Check-in was easy and straightforward, although there is no staff on-site. The room itself was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the shower had plenty of hot water. We didn’t use the kitchen for cooking, but we appreciated having a full-size refrigerator. The outdoor sitting areas could use some attention, as they were a bit dirty and messy. However, it had recently been monsoon season, so that may have contributed to the condition of the grounds. There were a couple of maintenance issues in our room. The shower basin had several cracks that should be repaired or replaced before they become a bigger problem. Also, the TV stopped working on our last morning and had logged out of all the apps, so we had to reset it before we could use it. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with just a few minor issues. We’d be happy to stay at Knab Suites again."
