  • Hot tub, Clean, fresh and cozy with an open floor plan and gorgeous backyard! Enjoy a relaxing soak in the hot tub after a day of adventuring in Southern Utah! Children will love the fully fenced large grassy back yard, in-ground trampoline and play area! Home is located close to the center of town, but in a low traffic, peaceful neighborhood with views of farm fields and the red cliffs of Kanab! Sunsets are a dream from here. During Kanab's annual Balloons and Tunes festival, hot air balloons land across the street in the fields. It's an incredible experience!
