Look no further- this is the place you want to be! We are located literally in the center of Kanab, within walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, and entertainment! Whether you are traveling alone, or with a group of 10-12, this 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home can ideally accommodate you. The kitchen is spacious and updated and you'll be supplied with all the equipment you need to create a delicious, home-cooked meal.
We have 2 queen beds, 2 twin beds, and 2 full size beds (plus 2 queen air mattresses!) to make sure that you have a comfortable and relaxing place to rest after a day of hiking, boating, or sightseeing.
The backyard is completely fenced and private, with lots of lush, green grass for your kids or pups to run around on. There is also a fire pit in the backyard that is amazing for gathering around and talking about the days adventures, or maybe even roasting a marshmallow or 2.

We loved this home in Kanab! Fabulous central location. Very roomy. We had plenty room for 10 of us. Comfy beds and every kitchen necessity you could think of. We very much enjoyed our stay. We would definitely come back!

Great location and comfortable stay

This property served our group perfectly! There was plenty of sleeping space, two gathering areas, and having 3 bathrooms was awesome. The kitchen was stocked with the basics we needed. We were within driving distance of many great sites and activities. We were also able to walk to grocery stores, restaurants and fun shops. Being able to come back and relax in a home after a long day of activities was awesome. And we loved being able to have our dog with us on this trip.

Amazing place

I selfishly don’t want to leave a good of a review. Because I don’t want make it harder for us to book it next year. But the place is amazing. Very comfortable. Very cozy. The location is phenomenal for visiting Kanab. It’s great location to the Grand Canyon to the hikes and Best Friends Animal Sanctuary.

Lovely Home and Great Location

We truly enjoyed our stay in this home. Located within walking distance to a grocery store and a wonderful coffee shop with amazing coffee! So much space and privacy! Well equipped with everything we needed including ample towels and linens. Washer and dryer were great to have!

My second time at this place and again it didn’t disappoint. The place was very homey, the host very helpful & easily reached via text. We enjoyed our stay at this property while visiting Zion. The location was convenient to the grocery store and restaurants. It was perfect for our family of 10. Wonderfully convient location. Within walking distance to dining and shipping. Many unique attractions nearby. Home worked out wonderfully for our larger group. Plenty of beds,baths and kitchen space for a larger group. Keep an eye on the toilets as the older plumbing struggled to keep up with a large group of youth.

We loved staying here. It was the perfect resting place for day trips to the Grand Canyon, Zion and the Best Friends Animal Sanctuary. Very clean with new linens and towels. Great home base

This property gave us a great home base for our family of 8 to experience this beautiful area. We had plenty of room to spread out and everything we needed. It was refreshing to have a basic supply of household needs instead of having to buy everything like extra toilet paper or dish soap. Great value and easy location. The house does show its age but that is easily outweighed by all the positives.
