The room was clean and the outside view amazing. The breakfast was good even though the choices were limited. Good parking space. The only thing that requires improvement is the bathroom, though they were clean the tiles were loose and the bathtub needs a replacement, it is old. GREAT VALUE FOR MONEY

We stayed for nights while doing tours to white Pocket, coyote buttes South and peekaboo slot canyon. The hotel was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was cooked eggs, sausage, bread with ham and peanut butter, self cooked waffles, coffee, mild and juice, usually apples or bananas. Plenty of parking. Beds were comfortable. In room HVAC unit worked well. Fridge worked and was quiet. The hotel was quiet. It's not the the Marriott, but great value for the price and we'd stay there again.

Good location for Zion and Bryce Canyon. Lots of food options and groceries nearby. However the pool was closed which had not been communicated prior to our stay, this was a deciding factor in booking this property. We had a room on the basement floor which was very dated and the condition of the bathroom in particular the floor was poor. There are lots of option for accommodation in the area, if we were returning I don’t think we would stay here again. Our greeting at check in could have been a lot friendlier and more welcoming too.
