"Hotel is in a great location of Kanazawa, close to all the shopping and food options. Was a very walkable distance to the castle ruins and other site seeing locations. Room had a great view with the sunset over the city and had plenty of room for 2 people. Would stay again"

"This is a near perfect hotel to stay in while visiting Kanazawa as a tourist. The hotel - situated in the heart of the high end shopping district - is a short walk to the main fish market, the samurai district or a beautiful park entrance to Kanazawa Castle park. You can walk to the main historic district as well, but that is a 15-20 minute walk so the viability of that walk is up to you. There is a 24 hour convenience store across the street for last minute snacks. The hotel is very clean and modern, making it perfect for business travelers or couples, but there were also families here as well. The service is exactly what you’d expect from a Japanese business; everyone is friendly and helpful. They also spoke more than enough English if you need that. "

"Absolutely gorgeous hotel. Great amenities and incredible breakfast buffet available (for extra fee). Very close to the JR Station. I wish I'd got the name of the gentleman who checked us in as he did an absolutely wonderful job serving us and was very kind."

"The property was amazing! Getting to the lobby is a little confusing. Right when you enter you need to first take an elevator to lobby to check in. Other then that, the rooms, breakfast was excellent. "

"My stay at this hotel rocked my world. Literally. There was an Earthquake. The building stand tall and strong even though I was in a bit of a mess being my first time to experience this event. Other than that, the hotel staff were all friendly, and I adore the additional items the hotel offers such as the bath power, heated eye mask, and other stuff that you don't usually see here in the States. I had breakfast included in my stay, but due to my tight business schedule, I didn't get an opportunity to eat here."
