The hotel is in a good and central location. The room was very clean but a bit small and cramped. The Japanese style futons were comfortable, annd the room was very quiet. The onsen was super nice. Breakfast was good with options for both adults and kids. I didn’t like having to get amenities on the first floor, rather than having them in the room already.
