Absolutely gorgeous hotel. Great amenities and incredible breakfast buffet available (for extra fee). Very close to the JR Station. I wish I'd got the name of the gentleman who checked us in as he did an absolutely wonderful job serving us and was very kind.

The hotel is conveniently located just 4 mins walk from the jr station. It’s important to note that the hotel is located on the less busy exit of the station. I prefer this as it is quieter. The room is spacious in Japan standard. I have stayed with this group many times. As usual, I am happy with their standards. They offered a “no cleaning” service, with only towels and trash bags exchanged. I much prefer this as I don’t really like cleaners coming into my room. I will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

It’s just 5 minutes easy walk to the station. We have stayed in several property similar to this and the bathroom was exceptional. I wish the room was slightly bigger so that bed wasn’t against the wall but, good value all the way around with high end hotel decor, furnishing and amenities.

Just a short walk from Kanazawa West exit.Bfast included in the room price which was great, n convenience store next door.Room was good size n well lit and clean but had only 1 mid size pillow, had to request for another. No English TV channels had to buy movies. Hotel has a laundry room which was great and offers free drinks and coffee at lobby area.Staff was friendly and helpful . I would stay there again .

The staff were great, I arrived a bit earlier than the standard check in time, but the staff checked me in right away. I was able to get into my room rested a bit and freshen up before heading out to see places. Breakfast was good. Less than. 5mins walk to JR ststion.

When the words “great hotel” are used, they suggest this place. Our experience was pleasant from beginning to end, starting with a comfortable space to put ourselves in until it was check-in time to the surprise of a room that had more space than we expected, with all the amenities that one could want—to say nothing of the special treats of a bed that was actually comfortable and a breakfast the following morning as a good start to the day (the choices here are more Japanese than Western, so if you are hankering for a bowl of cereal, you’ll be out of luck, but there are plenty of other choices!). If anything cropped up that required special attention on the part of staff, they responded with interest, equanimity, and efficiency. One of the staff went the extra mile to walk us through the check-in process—which was via machine (apparently the thing here in Japan, since we have encountered it virtually everywhere we have stayed)—his going-the-extra-mile effort was much appreciated!! On a scale from 1 to 10, this place is a definite 10. If you can get an accommodation here, grab if!

This hotel is great! We had the suit room 1309 on top floor. Very spacious for family of 4. To get an additional room was very cheap but we preferred to stay together. Breakfast had good options from trad Japanese to pizza made fresh in huge pizza oven. Hotel was super clean and nothing was worn or damaged. Let down is no gym or lounge facilities. We would definitely stay here again no doubt
