Poor service & unhelpful

Check-in experience is very do so, 4 staff at counter, but very inefficient, confusing in handling luggage drop off. 4 of us checked out at 7:30 am on 10 Nov Sun morning, we tried to catch taxi in the streets, but very quiet. As we rushed for the train, we asked for assistance from counter staff to call taxi but being rejected even though 3 staff there with no customers. They insisted that we should go outside to catch taxi by ourselves, not until we complained. A lady staff volunteered to help us and called the taxi within 5 mins. Grateful to the lady but didn’t understand why the other two guys refused to help, especially the young guy who handled my check-out was really non-sense. Didn’t understand why they cannot help even for basic service, not extraordinary. Worst is they were unable to explain why they cannot help with such simple request.

Aside from the size (welcome to Japan), the only real downside is the fact that there really don't seem to be actual curtains, and it's the nightlife neighborhood so expect street noise. Aside from that, fantastic stay

My family was charged an Accommodation Tax of 200 yen per person. However, when we stayed at the Hotel MYSTAYS Premium in Narita, I inquired about this at that location, they said they do not charge such a thing. So I am wondering WHY my family was charged this in the Kanazawa location??? I hope I can get a response to this.

片町スクランブル交差点に近く、立地は良い。片町はアーケード街なので金沢駅からバスに乗って最寄りのバス停降りてからもほぼ雪や雨に濡れることなく到着できる。 気に入ったのは、アメニティ類。洗顔、シャンプー類はDHC。持ち込みのアメニティドリンクも豊富で加賀棒茶やドトールのドリップコーヒーなど豊富で、カウンターで手続きすればReFaのドライヤーやアイロンもお借りできる。全室に加湿付きの空気清浄機あり。 珍しく室内に充電ケーブルセットもあり。 建物が古いためリノベーションされているが、廊下や隣室の物音や声が多少気になる。 空調は全館統一なのか、温度設定はできず 風量で調節タイプ。ちなみに10月は冷房の設定だったと思う。

金沢にいくのに片町が兼六園からどの距離か分からなかったけど、普通に歩いていける距離だった 15分くらいかな チェックイン時にホテルの会員になるとラウンジ利用ができること、駐車場代が割引になるとのことで会員になりました。 駐車場はオーバルパーキングに停めました、２４時間を選んで割引がきいたので1400円でした。 ラウンジは16〜20時まで利用できるとのこと ジュース、地酒、梅酒、ウィスキー、柿の種、ラムネ、マシュマロがありました。 梅酒をいただきました 会員になったから行きましたが、出入自由な感じでした リファのストレートアイロンを借りました！ サラサラになって良かったです 枕元2つあったし、寝心地も良かったですー！ また金沢いくときはお世話になると思います
