On the other side of Kanazawa Station, if provides a much quieter vibe but also being very close to the station. Because of its proximity to the station you have access to all you really need.

Comfortable, clean, convenient hotel close to the train/bus station. Nice beds, good amenities, friendly staff. And GREAT generous breakfast, which filled us up with healthy, varied food for the morning, with western, japanese and chinese food options. Also there's a 7/11 right outside the front door for dining in on occasion.

The hotel location is so good with only 5 minutes to the train station. Good facilities in the hotel. So many good stores within the station and close by. So many good attractions within 30 to 40 minute walk or buses from station. We were happy we decided to go to Kanazawa and stay at the hotel.

Nice, clean hotel. However, very outside of the normal neighbourhood - no restaurants nearby. If visiting Kanzawa for sightseeing, do not stay here. Stay at a place on the east side of the station.

Excellent accomodation

This hotel is wonderful and convenient just right across street of the main train station with easy access. I was amazed of how beautiful this property is. Rooms are very clean, comfortable and nice. Staff was attentive and welcoming. They allowed storage of luggage while we already check out to explore furthermore of the city. Location was a short walk from train station and buses. 5 minute walk. Definitely will return in the future.

This isn't so much an issue with the hotel perse but rather with the company that covers hospitality, but the cleaning crews seem to be treated harshly, and I sometimes wonder if they're allowed to do a thorough job on the rooms. It seems like they're pushed pretty hard on their jobs, and I get the impression they aren't taking measures to sanitize surfaces that previous customers have been in contact with.
