  • Chris' II a designer masterpiece is a resort-style home that can be yours for the week (or weekend) setting a new benchmark in Kangaroo Valley for design - centrally located next to everything the valley has to offer!



    The property is incredibly spacious, featuring a chefs kitchen, three fridges and ducted aircon w/ fireplace, ensuring comfort all year round!



    The is expansive outdoor entertaining, perfect for taking a lap in the pool or to watch kangaroos skip past in your oasis of a backyard.



    THINGS TO KNOW

    * Checkin details will be sent either the night before checking in, or the morning of check-in for security reasons.




    * We only provide 1 set of keys for each stay. We do not have extra sets.



    HOUSE RULES

    * Check-in after 3 pm; check-out before 10 am. Fees may apply for changes. Approval required first.

    * No smoking allowed

    * Strictly No parties or events allowed.

    * Guests must follow NSW Short Term Legislation.

    * All guests are required to accept our booking Terms and Conditions in the Pre-arrival check-in form, as well as provide a valid ID and card details for security.

    * Max 10 overnight guests, 5 day visitors, 15people total at any time.

    * Only approved guests/visitors allowed (written permission required).

    * Strict no-smoking policy; $500 fine may apply.

    * Respect neighbours; keep noise low, especially after 9 pm.

    * Breaking rules may result in eviction without refund (STRA terms apply).

    * Date changes allowed only if more than 1 month before check-in, subject to approval/surcharges.

    * Pets allowed with prior approval; $110 fee per stay; keep pets off furniture.

Stunning property, very spacious, clean and warm. Fantastic kitchen for preparing family meals overlooking the pool, which despite it being the middle of winter was used every day for a refreshing dip! An easy walk over Hampton Bridge to the village for a morning coffee and lunch at the pub.
