We are so disappointed to hear this feedback we heard absolutely nothing from you and we went through in detail the configuration of the property, we were told there are only four people in this party and so to think that you had more people meant that you actually didn’t pay what you were supposed to. Your comments to us prior to arrival were all about the price of the property and being already incredulous about that despite the discount that we gave you and the champagne and the treats?! The house is impeccably clean and of course there is the occasional cobweb because it is the country after all! We are so thankful that you did enjoy the location the beautiful Kangaroo Valley and the comforts of the cottage overall. Next time when you’re booking please be honest about the numbers that you are bringing and that will probably assist us with the additional beds that can be supplied. We are so delighted that you and your precious dog enjoyed our property! I understand that it can be tricky without fences around the whole property such a large amount of space and bordering on so many different things given the circle drive and it would be hard but it is an our plan in the future to have a space that is blocked off! Thank you for persevering and of course I would like people to know that we are fine with the dogs being left on the veranda and there is a child gate inside the house in the back and furniture on the veranda that can block off the two entrances so providing that the dogs wouldn’t scale The furniture and escape.
