The perfect kangaroo valley village getaway
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the tailors cottage. Apart from the very comfortable and tastefully decorate space, the added touches were so very much appreciated. A fridge full of breakfast options, fresh sourdough, large selection of teas, a coffee machine, wine, chocolates and the great variety of snacks meant we wanted for nothing. Located Smack bang in the village, we enjoyed strolling, browsing the gorgeous shops and savouring great coffee. Thoroughly recommend this little gem in the valley.

Our Short Stay Honeymoon
Thank you so so much for your beautiful little cottage ~ we hired it for 3 days over our beautiful wedding weekend and it was absolutely perfect. It is all about the little things for us, and being left a bottle of bubbles and beautiful chocolates, to the beautiful bread and food was just amazing. These people go above and beyond to present the perfect place to stay in the most beautiful little village. A perfectly cosy stay
My husband and I were both very impressed by the attention to detail, little thoughtful additions and cosy nature of the cottage. It’s perfectly located to stroll a few doors down to cafes and stores, and has that gorgeous old world charm with all of the essential mod cons. We won’t hesitate to book again next time we are craving a weekend away.

What a fantastic cottage! Right in the middle of town - walking distance to everything you need but then able to sit on the verandah and watch the mountains come to life every morning. The hosts and setup were wonderful! Highly recommend

Such a lovely home in the heart of town. It was immaculately clean and the fireplace was amazing. The owners left us a bottle of wine and some treats to keep us fuelled… which was a great surprise Would highly recommend

Perfect getaway
Stunning little cottage in a central location. Easy to walk to the town’s shops and restaurants, and we loved coming back and sitting in front of the fireplace during the evenings. The cottage is right on the main road through Kangaroo Valley, but the bedroom is at the back of the property so the traffic didn’t disturb our sleep. The breakfast items meant we could have a hearty breakfast before we started the day (eggs, bacon, fresh bread and yoghurt). Would definitely stay again.

Nice one bedroom cottage with a cosy comfortable feel. Very welcoming after a long day’s hike. Conveniently close to the Friendly Inn! Dalys was a generous host providing a great selection of gourmet produce and snacks. Highly recommend for a couple or solo traveller.

Gorgeous quaint cottage close to town!
Upon walking into the cottage we were surprised how spacious it felt! Such a gorgeous cottage with a fresh feel! Loved everything about The Tailors Cottage! Wonderfully decorated with country charm! And the little touches like the fresh flowers and herbs in vases. The breakfast provided was awesome too! So close to town, it was lovely to stroll down and wander about the charming town of Kangaroo Valley! We will definitely be recommending to our friends! Thanks so much for our wonderful stay!

A quaint little getaway
A very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. Being in an old house with some character made you looking forward to settling down of an evening. Very quiet, even though it is on the main road. Easy walking distance to everything in town, and short drives to Nowra and Berry. Breakfast essentials were provided for us with a fully functional kitchen, having bacon and eggs on the verandah of a morning was fantastic. Thankyou Dalys

Quaint, comfortable, and very homey. Received a handwritten welcome note, chocolates, and bubbly on arrival. This cottage is just the spot for a short break. Great little character cottage in ideallic location.
We stayed two nights mid week in this cute little cottage. Beautiful flowers and a bottle of wine greeted us on arrival which set the tone for the three day escape. We felt very comfortable and at home in the cottage which is tastefully decorated. The location is central allowing for a quick walk down to the shops to grab supplies or enjoy a meal in the village. Thank you Dalys for your constant communication from the moment we booked.

My husband and I had such a lovely, relaxing time at Tailor’s cottage. * The owners ensured we had delicious fresh breakfast items, fruit and yummy snacks. * The cottage has been renovated and has all the modern conveniences. It was very clean and extremely well kept. * The cottage is situated in town so is very close to restaurants, shops, general store and hotel. * The fireplace in the centre of the cottage provided a warm and relaxing experience. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and family and would love to return in the future for more relaxing experiences.

Great location, clean and the hospitality was amazing
This place was perfect for my 1 year old, my wife and I were very comfortable letting her crawl around as the place was very clean and baby safe. The hospitality was amazing with lots of essential provided like milk and bread plus a nice touch with a packet of Tim tams. They also provided a high chair and a baby bath with baby wash. Being right in town we could duck down and get a coffee or go to the pub for lunch. The time town it self is very picturesque
