"Breakfast is good, all staffs are really helpful and friendly! Even we arrive at midnight 1 am, an airport staff helped us call the hotel, they immediately send the free shuttle to pick us up. They’re doing beyond their scheduled last time 11 pm which is really helpful. Communication is very effective. The room is clean. We really enjoy the service. "

This resort is newly built and may not be on many people’s radar due to it's “newness” but trust me - YOU will not regret it!

"The room was totally different than what’s advertised here. A garden view room has literally NO view at all. Welcome drink was served in a cracked glass. Bed pillows were very uncomfortable. Basic toiletries were not there in the washroom. The tap water was disgustingly smelly. No consideration about hygiene. Not going to recommend this hotel to anyone.
Also, the hotel advertises that it has a private beach where as none of the hotel at this particular island has a concept of private beach....

"Easily accessible by 15-20 minute speedboat transfer. Warm hospitality and impeccable service. Breakfast menus change each day. Dinner inclusion in half-board is different each night so get to try different cuisine. Same butler (Mr/Ms Friday) throughout the entire stay which is great.
