"We had a wonderful stay at Kombo Beach Resort! The views are absolutely stunning, waking up to the ocean just steps away was such a dream. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. Special thanks for offering to extend our checkout time when our flight got delayed. "Misleading information about the rooms available to book on Expedia: Room listed with shower but there was no shower. BUT a room with private bath was offered at a more expensive price upon arrival (BAIT & SWITCH). ROOMS WITHOUT SHOWERS have access to a community bathroom facility BUT The toilet located across from the room did not work and one must go to the other end of the hall for the toilet. The shower st the end of yhe hall does not have hot water. Leaving one working toilet for 3 rooms....

"On arrival thw managed didn't expect us, there wasn't a room ready and they were moving a wardrobe etc into our allocated room. I had to ask for towels, a kettle, a sheet to put over us on the bed. Electric sockets were dangerous, the balcony was filthy and the chairs disgusting. Day 2 of being there, no power and I gave the manager money to top up the electric. After one week there was no water. This place is disgusting and needs closing down "
