"While all of the service staff were very kind, this didnā€™t feel like the quality stay that I expected based on the booking cost. This is listed as a 4-star property on Google, but it feels much more like a 2-star based on the facility and amenities available."

"As I was travelling with my wife, I've booked a room with Queen size bed. Upon arrival, the receptionist gave me a room with seperate beds... With me asking for a room change he agreed for joining the beds in exisiting room. I asked for changing the linen and pillow covers, to which the hotel boy claimed that there are no more linens at the hotel. Then I asked for a room change, to which they agreed and gave me a room which was dusty enough to give me an allergy trigger. I've stayed in this...

Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Race Course, Coimbatore

Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Race Course, Coimbatore

10/10 Excellent
"Stayed at ITC Welcome Hotel Coimbatore for a week. Visiting India after 21 years. The Rooms were spacious , clean and comfortable. The restaurant and bar staff for me were the stars of what makes this place absolutely amazing. Sinheibi, Trisha, Ajmer & Mohammed were a true credit to the hospitality industry. I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast buffet, their Idlis and Dosaā€™s were my favourite. When the staff realised I was checking out early the next day, I had a packed meal ready for my journey onwards. These small gestures make a big organisation very personable and what makes a stay here just perfect"
