"Everything was awesome ! Everyone was extremely nice and kids. This was really good time, the only thing was Matience Man named JOSE was very rude and mean to the kids in the pool. We accidentally forgot the wrist bands upstairs and he gave us a really hard time. We probably won’t come back because of him. But the hotel and the other staff was Wonderful!!"

"We stayed for 2 nights and had a wonderful time. The rooms are gorgeous and the beds and pillows are fluffy and comfortable. Shower was enormous and had nice quality shampoo conditioner and body wash. We booked treatments at the spa and spent several hours using the amenities prior and after our treatments. The spa is fantastic and the treatments were wonderful. Staff was all extremely nice and helpful throughout resort and spa. We had lunch for $24.95 all you can eat among several different restaurant types, it was delicious and a great value. We stayed here to see a concert at United Center. It’s about 30-40 min drive but worth it for us to spend our money on spa treatments instead of an overly expensive hotel closer to the venue. Highly recommend will stay here again. "
