"Property is a nice place. The service was very slow and bad. Checked in and was told there is a power failure, power will be up in 20mins and after an hour, power is not up yet. Checked in the room for stay with my sister, was only given one bath towel in the room. There is no amenity (shower gel n shampoo) TOP up on day 2. "Really loved the staff. The hotel is in a great location. Private access to beach. Bueatiful scenery. The only thing that I did not like about this hotel is that the beds are unfortunately hard as a rock. I loved that they had netflix though!"

"location is very good, right on a lovely beach. hotel itself is basic the bathroom window is just a net so you can hear all the traffic from the busy road, the buses will wake you up beeping very early. If the buses don't wake you up, you'll be awake from the light as there's no proper curtains"

"Not my best stay and never screamed the VIP access benefits i get under Expedia gold/hotels .Com gold member. The staff never cleaned my room having requested twice. The inroom dining service and amenities are god slow and awful . Staff doesnt pick up the remaining utensils and never really responds to calls . Multiple reminders , in person requests are needed. A very unpleasant stay for the beautiful beach property they have. Could and should have gotten am upgrade I was eligible for cause the hotel was less than half empty yet they have an excuse of it being full and overbooked well clearly it wasn't cause the room was showing online on various platforms. So very disappointed. Giving them 2 stars out of 5 only for the beach overview and the spa. Everything else a colossal disappointment."

As a Gold status member, I was pleasantly surprised to receive the highest room upgrade available, and the entire team went above and beyond to make my stay special. A special mention to the Front Desk Manager and the Property Head—two of the kindest and most gracious hospitality professionals I have had the pleasure of meeting. Their personal attention and genuine care made all the difference. The property itself is beautiful, with a charming boutique feel, lovely spaces to relax, and excellent food throughout the stay. Every detail reflected thoughtful hospitality and a commitment to guest satisfaction. An absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. This is a boutique property that is truly worth visiting, and I would happily return again. Highly recommended. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"
