Convenience quiet spot

One of our easiest vrbo stays! Easy to get to, quiet neighborhood. House had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Check out was suoer easy. Will keep this one on the list to stay again.

Cozy, comfy with all the essentials.

We traveled from Texas for a Chiefs game. The VRBO was 8 minutes from the stadium and close to all other attractions. The neighbor is very quiet. The house is clean and well stocked with all essentials. The host is very responsive courteous and helpful. I would definitely stay here again when in K.C.

Cute but not comfy

The house is very old but cute. It was very clean and super cute decor. It’s listed as a 2 bedroom but it’s a one bedroom with the king bed in dining room. The double bed in the actually bedroom felt like a board. I slept 3 hours out of the 2 days. The house is super tiny and not the most comfy. The oven barely worked so it was challenging to get our meals made that we brought. The bathroom was so small and challenging to maneuver in. Also no storage space or anywhere to put toiletries. The stairs to the front door were very steep and hard to get luggage up. The neighborhood was very iffy. We had no issues but it’s definitely not the type of area we would normally stay in. It was also loud at night with cars flying through the neighborhood. Overall it was very clean and adorable decor. I think a few things changed and it would be a great option for younger people to stay. Anyone over 40 would have same comments and concerns.

Everything was as expected. Even allowed for an early check in due to attending the afternoon Royals game. Very easy to get back and forth from the stadiums. Great location. Would def use again for anything going on at either of the stadiums.

This charming two-bedroom home was perfect for my family's stay in Kansas City! The residence was located only 15-20 minutes from every attraction we attended and had so much charm that it truly was a home away from home. I will 100% be returning in the future!

My husband and I stayed with our son. The furniture is comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need. Proximity to attractions was great. One bed being in the dining room (without any doors or closets) is a bit awkward. Cars drove by VERY quickly.

We stayed here during our KC trip for the Big 12 basketball tournament. Overall it was a good experience. The property was as advertised and had the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. All appliances and home systems worked great. If you have more than 2 people, it is noteworthy that one of the bedrooms is basically the dining room. Also the neighborhood is a little rough which may be hard to know before booking if it is your first time in KC, but we had no issues or negative experiences directly related to that.

The host responded quickly to any questions we had. Unit was clean and very inviting. The only thing is the Internet runs really slow and we were unable to watch the ballgame. Also, need instructions how to access regular television stations.
