Welcome to Kansas City! Our newly updated Grandview townhouse is perfect for families and groups, with 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and plenty of space to relax. Just south of the KC Metro, you’ll enjoy easy access to local shops, great dining, and fun bars. Only 35 mins from the airport, 15 mins to downtown, the Power & Light District, and the Convention Center—ideal for both leisure and business stays.

The main floor features a cozy living room with a smart TV, a dining area for group meals, and a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances. Upstairs, you’ll find three spacious bedrooms with plush king beds and a full bathroom. The lower level offers an additional bedroom with two queen beds plus laundry facilities.

The home is all yours. You have your own entrance and full reign of the space. You will enter the home using a door equipped with keyless entry (code provided before check in) which adds ease and flexibility to check in and check out.

Located in Grandview, just south of Kansas City, this neighborhood offers a relaxed, residential feel while keeping you close to the action. Quick highway access makes it easy to explore downtown KC, the Power & Light District, sports stadiums, and popular attractions, all within a short drive.

HOUSE RULES:

No Smoking Inside, NO PARTIES. No Gatherings. Be kind to the neighbors. Do not block their parking spots/driveways. If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $2000 fine if this rules are violated. This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet times— 10:00pm to 7:00am.



Suspected parties or multiple, non-paid guests visiting will be promptly removed by owner. We keep a keen eye on things and expect to host five-star guests.



LOCAL guests - please send us a message before booking. We cannot host local guests without prior authorization or preapproval. We have the right to decline guests who refuses to go through our pre screening or disagrees with our house rules.



Interaction with Guests:

You are welcome to contact us with questions through the Airbnb app should anything come up during your stay— we are not far away.. but we do not interact directly with guests unless it’s necessary. We make sure you feel like you're in your home-away-from-home, free of intrusion.
