DELIGHTFUL PATIO APT W/PRIVATE ENTRY IN SOUTH KC

  • A dedicated space for ou guests includes a cozy living room, queen bedroom with desk for work, 42" TV and full private remodeled bathroom. Kitchenette is provided in the apartment, with a microwave, toaster oven, hot plate, coffee/tea maker, fridge/freezer. (a full oven is offered to guests upstairs upon request.) Living room area offers another 42" TV, bar area for eating, a fold out twin bed w/gel mattress and the couch for additional sleeping. Walk-out covered patio allows for privacy when coming & going and a lovely view for just hanging out. Our patio consists of new custom-made cedar gliders, Chimera, tabletop water fountain, seasonal plants and a beautiful yard.
