History:
Designed as the nation’s first suburban shopping district built for cars, the Plaza was the vision of developer J.C. Nichols. The Nelson-Atkins Museum is right across the street which offers plenty of scenic walking and the Plaza is only one block away. When you're ready to explore, catch the free KC Streetcar and visit Union Station, Crown Center, Power & Light, and the City Market - all of these iconic locations are directly accessible on the KC Streetcar route!

*PETS - We do not accept pets at this property. There is a $500 fine for any unauthorized pets.

*PARKING - This rental does not include a designated parking space. During special events at the Plaza or Nelson-Atkins Museum, parking may be limited. We recommend planning accordingly, taking the Streetcar or using ride-share services when needed.

*CANCELLATION POLICY - Guests can receive a full refund minus processing fees (approximately 4%) if they cancel up to 5 days before check in. No refund will be provided if cancelling less than 5 days before check in.
