Had a room with two queen beds. One of the mattresses needs to be replaced. Comfortable but extremely squeaky - to the point it would wake both of us during night. Don’t appreciate the rather hiked up prices on weekends of Chiefs games but that’s probably true for all the hotels in the Country Club Plaza area. Otherwise our stay was very good.

The pool was much bigger and nicer than previous hotels we have stayed at. The staff were always friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and very nice! We will definitely be looking into more Hampton hotels in the future!
