  • Located in the center of the Roanoke neighborhood a Large private 947sqft unit, w off street parking for 2. Pets welcomed, private patio, and large open rooms. New listing so all new beds, linens, and shower curtain. Lot's of places to eat right outside your door. A 5 minute walk to KU Med. Roanoke Park with Tennis/Pickleball courts, Wooded walking trails, Green space for pets and beautiful homes. My favorite part of this property is that I can walk the trails in the mornings when it's quiet with my pups and it's just 5 minutes downtown or to the Country Club Plaza, when it's time for entertainment.
