  • Twenty minutes from downtown Kansas City and the sports stadiums! Located in a small town with all the amenities and just minutes from the city with shopping and entertainment. Situated between Watkins Mill State Park and Smithville Lake for outdoor enthusiasts. Check out local trails for hiking and a paved four mile loop right in town. Plenty of local options for eating and several cute boutiques within walking distance. Enjoy the splash park in the summer and Fun Farm Pumpkin Patch all fall! This home also offers a two car garage with handicap accessible ramp into the house. Large doorways throughout the house and extra holds in bathroom for assistance into shower with bench. Master bedroom has private entry with deck overlooking wooded back yard.
