    The Neighborhood:

    Our location primarily houses families and KU Medical Center residents. We offer proximity: A few minutes away from the vibrant 39th street shopping district. 5-minute drives to Westport, Plaza area, and landmarks like the Nelson Atkins Museum, Kansas City Art Institute, UMKC, and Kemper Museum. 10-minute rides to downtown KC, Crown Center, Lego Land, Sea Life Aquarium, and Hy-Vee Arena. Approximately 25-30 minutes from Worlds of Fun, Arrowhead, and Royals stadiums.



    Getting Around:

    Uber/Lyft is very accessible. Easy to get to major roads and highways for day trips, etc. Our home is only minutes away from local attractions.

    HOUSE RULES:

    No Smoking Inside. Be kind to the neighbors. Do not block their parking spots/driveways. This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet times— 10:00pm to 7:00am.



    PETS:

    This property is NOT pet friendly.



    PARTIES - NO EVENTS OR PARTIES ARE ALLOWED.

    All gatherings must be limited within our max occupancy, this is monitored and guests violating this rule will be charged a mandatory $2000 fine. If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $2000 fine if these rules are violated.



    Disclaimer- We have an EXTERIOR Security camera located in the entrance of our home that record activity when somebody comes enters and leave the area of residence. The exterior security cameras are in place to ensure we are in compliance with our House Rules. Footage remains private and is used to monitor occupancy, No Unregistered Animal/Pet Policy, No Smoking Policy, No Party/Guests or Visitor Policy, and for liability purposes.



    LOCAL guests - please send us a message before booking. We cannot host local guests without prior authorization or preapproval. We have the right to decline guests who refuses to go through our pre screening or disagrees with our house rules.



    Interaction with Guests:

    You are welcome to contact us with questions through the app should anything come up during your stay— we are not far away.. but we do not interact directly with guests unless it’s necessary. We make sure you feel like you're in your home-away-from-home, free of intrusion.
