The perfect spot for a large family or friends, you will love this home away from home in Grandview!

Recently upgraded and fully furnished throughout, this three bedroom townhome features a complete kitchen with appliances, including stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. Bedrooms are comfortably furnished with beautiful new crisp linens, pillows and bed coverings. Master Bedroom is located on second floor and features a small balcony to sit and look over the lake. Second room also on second floor and third room in the basement. Spacious living room with stunning views has comfy sofa and Smart HDTV. Beautiful back patio with seating overlooking the lake plus lake access. Free assigned parking, free street parking and keyless access.

Guests have full access and complete privacy inside the townhome and may enjoy full use of outdoor amenities as well.
