Come relax in this new, modern, spacious and sleek home just south of Kansas City. With a close proximity to all highways, you can easily get anywhere in the metro in about 20 minutes. With a fully stocked interior, full amenities and comfortable beds, you can make yourself feel right at home. Enjoy the outdoor patio, backyard and bbq grill and feel safe in this family neighborhood at the end of a cul-de-sac with a private driveway. This property is equipped with an exterior only security camera for safety purposes.

After booking, guests are required to complete a renter’s agreement and provide a valid government-issued photo ID prior to check-in. This is required for all guests without exception.

KC Vacay

We had a nice time staying at this home in Grandview. We were there on vacation with our family. The location was great for accessing sites on both sides of KC. We had a small issue with accessing the garage, but were able to quickly get in touch with Jessica and she took care of the problem immediately. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed our stay!

Great place

We came to KC for a bowling tournament, there was 4 couples in our party. Location was easy to find, and inside was fantastic. Did haveva minor issue accessing the 4th bedroom(due to being in the basement), but property owner was easy to get a hold of so we could get in. She sent help right away. If we come back to KC we will definitely book there again

The road home

We stayed in this lovely place on our way home from our western vacation. It is beautifully renovated and furnished with stylish and comfortable furniture and had all amenities wanted or needed for a stay away from home, Thanks so much KC!!

Great location

In the middle of greater KC! 20 min from anywhere. Clean and comfortable with a well appointed kitchen and plenty of blankets and pillows. Extra fans provided.
