Ground floor unit of a triplex that has been converted from a single-family home. Centrally-located in South Hyde Park, experience nearby parks, conservation center, art museum and district, Country Club Plaza, universities and more! Our fully updated unit features central heating & A/C, full kitchen with dishwasher & laundry on site. There is a queen sized bed in the main bedroom, a pull out child-sized sleeper chair, convertible bean bag/mattress, and two air mattresses for multiple guests.
