Weekend visit

Stayed 2 nights and got to bring my cat with me! House is in a nice, quiet neighborhood and was very cute. Loved the decor, very homey. Beds were VERY comfortable.

Super KC home

This house is in a terrific neighborhood with pups, food, shopping, and parks. We enjoyed walking and was easy access driving to KC sights. Very comfortable with everything we needed in kitchen, for sleeping or sitting outside.

Decor was sweet and antique, so we enjoyed it! There are a lot of stairs but we elderly handled it fine! The bed / mattress was amazing and so were the linens and bedroom decor! It was nice and homey! Would keep it on my list for return stay!

We were within 10 minutes of almost everything we wanted to do! Great location. There are lots of stairs so not for small children but otherwise was clean and the owner was super nice and helpful!

Perfect for KUMC visit

This was a wonderful place to stay. Great location for KUMC. Close access to food on 39th street. Very clean inside and safe neighborhood. Really nice host too! Would stay again and highly recommend.

Perfect and cozy

You can tell they put a lot of attention into this home and it’s very welcoming. I stayed for 4 weeks. Zero complaints. The owner is a good guy and communicates well.

Perfect for Us

We were in town for a few days for holiday shopping. The property is clean, convenient, and comfortable with the amenities you need for a relaxing stay. The only suggestion we have is to add mirrors in other parts of the house besides the bathroom. It would make getting ready with multiple people in the morning a little smoother.

Great Stay!!!!

My son and I came down for the Big 12 basketball tournament. The place is close to downtown and the location is close to everything we needed. Jim, the owner, is great. He met us at the house upon arrival. He is great about responding to you if you need anything. I would stay here again in future.

Good value

I took this unit because it was reasonably priced for 2 bedrooms and good ratings. I'm glad I made that decision. It's an older well maintained 2 story duplex with some steep stairs. Decent location and helpful owner.
