The house is very comfortable and clean. I had family visit while I was there, and we had everything we needed. The beds and living room furniture are comfortable, and the decorations make the place feel “homey.” It’s just a few minutes’ drive from downtown Parkville, and about 15 minutes from my family’s home, so I would definitely rent again.

Little cozy getaway.

Great stay. Communication with property manager was great. Cute and very comfortable. Beds were comfortable and water pressure was great in shower. Would stay again.

A perfect cozy stay in Parkville

The duplex was decorated perfectly darling, cozy and comfortable for our stay in Parkville. Savannah was immediately responsive and helpful with our question. Would definitely stay here again.

Cozy Relaxation

The moment we opened the door it was welcoming and made us feel welcome. The beds were comfortable, shower was warm with great water pressure, kitchen had everything we needed and the back porch was relaxing. Savannah was so helpful even afterward when we forgot something there. Great stay!

Definitely a ‘Cozy Cottage’ feel in the middle of Kansas City!

Savannah has created a cozy feel away from home. A beautiful wooded area and minutes away from beautiful Main Street Parkville. Home was very clean and had every thing we would need. Will stay again when coming to the area❤️

Perfectly cute house!

Such a cute little house! Beautifully decorated and impeccably clean!! The owner was very attentive to our needs! Was a perfect home base for a friends reunion. Close to super cute old town area with lots of shops and restaurants! Our weekend was wonderful!!

Wedding Weekend

Perfect location for a wedding we attended in Parkville. Loved being so close to a beautiful park, trail, disc golf course and dog park! The cozy cottage was perfect for us and Savannah was a wonderful host. Would recommend this property to anyone needing accommodations for an overnight in Parkville.

Very Enjoyable Cozy Stay

We had a nice time at Savannah’s place. She was very responsive and helpful. The home was clean and had everything available as advertised. Ive got to say I wanted to steal the pillows. The bed was great but the pillows were perfect for me. Savannah does a great job communicating and responds quickly. We loved the place and would stay here again.

Cute and Cozy

This place exceeded my expectations. My friends and i kept saying this place reminded us of something out of a story book. It is the cutest place and it felt so cozy. It was perfect for two couples. Enough towels, fully stocked kitchen, nice backyard with patio. The location is great, just a few mins down to parkville and short drive to any interstate to get anywhere in KC. I will definitely be saving this place for any future trips to KC!

Cute place

Savannah is a great host. Very quick to respond to any questions we have. The house is a duplex and is in Parkville (about 25 minutes drive to KC). There is a very nice park very close by with great walking paths by the Missouri River. There is a college in the town with beautiful architecture. We were able to attend a free concert at university when we were there.

Best place in Parkville - We will be back

From start to finish everything about this stay was exceptional. We were in town to visit family and the weather was absolutely horrible with highs being below zero. But even with that we enjoyed our stay immensely super clean great location easy access to the unit and great communications with the property manager, the terrible weather could’ve made a bad trip but the combination of the coziness and the location of the rental really help make it a great weekend would definitely stay again thank you again

Wow! What a great place in a perfect location! It was decorated so cute, very clean and had everything we needed for our quick 1 night stay while dropping our daughter off at college. It was a quiet neighborhood. There was a local carnival/town fair going on about 1 mile away along with so many good restaurants to choose from nearby. We were even able to squeeze our uhaul into the street parking. Thanks! And we would definitely stay again 😊

Home away from home

My friends and I stayed here when we got together after several years. The space was so nice, welcoming decor, and the host was fantastic! We enjoyed this so much, we're going to try and make it an annual trip!

Great location

We were in town for a baseball tournament and it was no more than 20 min to the ball fields and only 30 minutes to Kaufman Stadium to see the Royals play.
