Looking for the perfect place to spend the holidays?

The Nook is a newly renovated, single family home in downtown Parkville. The Nook offers a spacious floor plan, 2 private decks, and a large backyard. It is the perfect place for a couples get away or family vacation.

We offer high speed internet, a full kitchen, washer and dryer and a fire pit! The TV is equipped with an Amazon fire-stick.

We love hosting and offering the perfect get away location! Parkville is the best small town with all of the big city amenities! The Nook is 15 minutes from the Kansas City Airport and just 20 minutes from downtown Kansas City.

Family Reunion Success!

Absolutely LOVED this property! Great communication with Heather, very easy check-in, very clean, comfortable beds. Wonderful place for us to stay for our little family reunion with my parents that live in TX (we are in AL).

A nice fun place to relax

It was a very nice little house, and the deck was a nice quiet place to sit on to enjoy a cup of coffee. We would definitely stay here again if we were in the area. Morgan was a great host and very willing to help if we needed anything.

Perfect home away from home!

My family and I went to Kansas City for the NFL draft and we all absolutely loved the house!!! It was clean and had everything we needed and more! Beautiful scenery and a cute little creek right next to the house. My kids loved the yard! Would definitely recommend!!!

This is a gem!

This cute house is a gem! It’s at the end of a quiet street backing up to a wooded area. Very peaceful and relaxing. The house was very clean and nicely decorated and was perfect for our stay.

Comfortable, restful, pretty place

Simply furnished, restful and very comfortable place! Really nice kitchen area with a big counter ; great if you cook. One of the more comfortable beds I've come across too! Love the little babbling brook in the back yard; it was fun to watch the birds enjoying it. Really nice spot. One note: it's all wood floors, so if you have a dog, bring a couple blankets and a bed for them to lay on.

Baseball Tourney Stay

Overall a success. I primarily chose this location as it was relatively close to both baseball sites that PBR Kansas City was hosting. It was only my 15 year old son and I staying here. It’s a full kitchen as we cook/ate the vast majority of our meals using the stove and oven. The washer/dryer combo was a gift to wash uniforms and clothes during our stay. Only one TV at the house, but made most of it with streaming apps and hooking up the XBox. WiFi internet had no issues. Quiet neighborhood and only a 20 minute drive outside downtown KC. Thanks again!!

Great property!

We stayed at this property as we were in town to attend a wedding at Hawthorne House, just .9 of a mile away. It was exactly as it is listed and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

Very nice property

This unit has everything we need for a comfortable stay. Really loved the interesting backyard with an "observation deck" to watch the birds and enjoy the nature. We also liked the ability to park close to the front door for easy access. We will stay here again! The owner is very responsive in a timely manner.

Perfect Nest

Our stay was amazing! Everything was so clean and the neighborhood was quiet. Communication was outstanding and everything was even more beautifully decorated than the pictures! So peaceful and absolutely perfect and I can’t wait to come back to stay and spend time with our soldier stationed nearby! Can’t say enough good things!

A perfect home for our stay

This home was at the end of a dead end street, so very quiet. Bordered with trees. Loved that it was an easy walk from the historic downtown Parkville, fun for walking. Heather was a perfect host, responded to the couple of questions I had immediately. I'd stay here again, and hope to next time we're visiting the relatives in Parkville.

Great Location!

The "Parkville Nook" is such a relaxing home, in a wonderful location. It is nicely appointed with plenty of towels and linens. The area was quiet, and the yard, creek and nearby trees were great! The communication from the host was outstanding! Heather was very timely in providing information. We had a nice time, and definitely plan to return!

Parkville Nook

We would highly recommend this property. The host is very kinds, responsive and accommodating. It is a lovely, renovated house in a quiet neighborhood that is comfortable and near the cute town of Parkville. We loved our stay!!
