Comfortable Neighborhood Home

As advertised - located in a good neighborhood for walking. Home was clean. Bunk beds a little wobbly but overall a great experience. Would stay here again.

Family Trip

The property was comfortable four adults and the neighborhood was quiet. The proximity was close to Downtown KC, which is why we chose this location for our trip.

Kansas City Trip

The property was just what we needed. Everything was clean, it was in a great location, the kitchen was stocked with necessities to make quick meals, and we were able to feel safe for our stay in a nice neighborhood. Communication was easy with the host as well.

Great Hidden Gem in KC

The property was beautiful and just the right size for the two of us! It worked well as a home base while spending an extended weekend in KC. Host was very good about providing information, and contacting us to check in on to make sure our needs were met. Kitchen was fully stocked and was very useful to cook a few meals. We will be staying here again!

The property was easy to find. Janine was very responsive to my messages and check in was so easy. The house is cute, quirky, and comfortable and there are some beautiful antique stores right around the corner. We had game night and movie night at the house after long days of walking around KC. I would stay here again!

Good location. Easy off street parking. comfortable couch. Lots of games and books. Well stocked with kitchen tools and dishes. Very clean. Safe area near westwood park n'hood. Close to grocery and cvs. Perfect for me to visit my daugter who lives in Plaza. Will book again.

Great place

Great place. Perfect location for restaurants, and the Plaza. Not very far from the football stadium. My only issue was there was a strange odor. Idk if it was the pipes, sewage, or what. I’m sure some air fresheners would fix it. Other than that we had a pleasant stay!

Fun weekend with Friends

We all showed up Wednesday night and found it pretty easy. Close to a lot of fun and exciting places as well as good gas station and places to eat. Uber rides to T Mobile center weren’t too bad as it was fairly close. The inside was clean and had what we needed for a comfortable stay. Wi-Fi worked with no issues. Any questions I had for the manager were responded to almost immediately. We left Sunday morning and ate brunch just a couple minutes away from the VRBO and it was delicious there. Would highly recommend as a great place to stay the night and make a homebase while spending time in KC.

Like easy access to property. Plenty of room. However the bed was very hard. Needed more towels for shower. Only had 1 for the 2 of use. There were plenty of smaller towels. Front door also seems not to open all the way. Rubbed on the floor. But the security was very nice.

Yes, but...

the location and place were fine. A lot of things needed 'tightening up.' The bunk bed was not assembled tightly and wobbled. It also has a metal frame that was pressed up to a metal electrical box, which in many places would be a construction violation or hazard. Other things needed work. The porch light is burnt out. Things like that.
