"We enjoyed our relatively long stay in Manhattan over Christmas break, visiting our son at Ft. Riley. We loved the historic house, and its proximity to Aggieville and KSU. We were able to attend the KSU NCAAB game too! The house stayed nice and warm even when the temps dropped into the teens. Having a home instead of a hotel made it great to spend time together at Christmas, enjoying home-cooked meals. The host was responsive to all of our needs. Thank you!!!"

"Dave and Grace were very responsive. The king bed was very comfortable. The living areas were good and there is a lot of room upstairs for guests. The TV and sound system were easy to operate. Stairs are a little steep, but there is an entry door at the garage level. Plenty of paper products and toiletries. Walgreens, Wal Mart, Dillons grocery, and restaurants all within a mile. Would stay again."

"Excellent place to stay in Manhattan! House was very clean and just like the pictures. I believe every surface of the house has been updated, very modern. Beds were super comfortable and fit our family of 6 very well. Basement was great for the kids to hang out in and the adult size bunk beds down there were a plus. I would highly recommend staying at this house."
