"My Family loved staying at the Namba hotel! Overall cleanliness, helpful staff, amenities and perks were perfect especially the guest lounge and laundry and not to mention the shrinking machine! My son bought large stuffies and shrinking them made us fit in the luggages. The location is central to everything we wanted to do! Burger King and family mart just in the first floor was awesome! I would go back and I highly recommend people to stay in this hotel! "

We were traveling for a very special occasion, and the hotel sent us a special gift that consisted of three sets of chopsticks, cookies, and a voucher for a drink at their beautiful bar. This was very thoughtful, and we really appreciated it. There were 6 bottles of water refilled every morning and a ton of high-quality facial products, including bath salts for the tub. The location of this hotel is fantastic, close to everything, including the metro. "
