Older style hotel but very good level of service. Room lacking in modern features like USB & HDMI ports. It'd be better if the gym can have longer opening hours. Breakfast also recommended.

An old school style hotel with fast water flow and full amenities provided, which is welcoming since all other hotels already moved toward more sustainable practices. Rooms are clean and kept updated.

This is an old hotel with some great features. The Chinese restaurant on the 40th floor is really good with some stunning view of the city skyline. The shared facilities are well looked after but our room was a little run down. The toilet was noisy and the Aircon and fridge didn't work. Besides that the room was very spacious with a good bed.

We did not fee good at the first provided room with some wet smell. Yet the bell man was quite well responsive to help change us with another room. The cleaning lady is also friendly and answers to all of our inquiries for extra towels & water bottles. Excellent experience of hotel service.

Our room was very spacious with an excellent view over the city. The large bath tub was also a treat though the other facilities were a little dated. We also loved the dining room which played a tourist video of the city's activities. However, the breakfast was not of 4 star standard. Some items were not replenished, the coffee machine not regularularly serviced and some hot items were cold and healthy breads not available. More attention to detail is needed.
