A very modern, luxurious hotel with everything you need for your trip. Located close to the harbour with lots to do in the area. Our room was neat and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We very much enjoyed our stay here!

The hotel had a very unpleasant smell in the lobby. The staff was alright but not very friendly. Our room was quite big but we were not allowed to flush down toilet paper and they didn't even provide a trash bin with a lid, so that was a bit uncomfortable. The breakfast did not have the biggest variety (especially not western food) but what we tried was good. Not the worst experience but for 4 stars we expected better and would not come again.

It is a small hotel but the staffs are nice, good service and inexpensive. Bathroom is updated. Easy acess to the attraction areas in Pier 2 Art Center in Kouhsuing City in Taiwan. Strongly recommend!

Wonderful stay

Great experience. The room was wonderful, with a great view of the river. Beds were very comfortable for the entire family. The bathroom was spacious and loved the separate shower and tub. A shoutout to the staff as my wife left her pj behind and they will immediately mail it to her. Will be our family go to stay next time we’re in town.

Great location

Reading other reviews, I understand what guests have said about the smell in the lobby and outside floor level elevators. It smells musty and like sewer. I’m not sure if that within the hotel’s control? The room definitively did not have the same smell. We had a fabulous view of the river, which is beautiful during the day and exceptional at night with all the lights. The room was spacious and well-equipped. My only issue with the room was the central air conditioning was set to a very cold temperature. Leaving it on was much too cold, and turning it off was much too warm, and then muggy. We really loved the room regardless and the location was amazing. Proximity to the pier to walk around and take the ferry to Cijin was great, plus a walk up and down the river was lovely. Lots of spots to get food, night markets, and walk to metro stations as well. We consider a great location 15-30 min walk to the things we like or need. Front desk staff was kind and efficient, allowing us to check in early as well as store our bags after check out. I would stay here again for location alone, but the buffet breakfast was not good. Skip it- there are some great local spots within 5-10 min walk for a fraction of the cost and better quality.

館内は清潔で部屋も広々、スタッフも感じ良く、快適に過ごすことが出来ました。ハーバービューを選択していたので、夜景も最高！ 唯一、交通の便がやや不便で、移動には殆どタクシーを使っていました。。 静かで落ち着いた立地で、滞在そのものはとても満足しております。 (ちなみに、日本語は恐らく通じないので、簡単な中国語か英語での対応が必要です！) また機会がございましたら、ぜひ利用させていただきたいです！

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Ausblick auf den Fluss. MRT Bahnstation in der näheren Umgebung (10 Minuten). Einkaufsmöglichkeit (Supermarkt 7 Eleven) gleich neben dem Hotel. Als Negativpunkt bewerten wir leider die Hellhörigkeit des Hotels, Oropax sind empfehlenswert.

The room is clean and nice, bathroom/shower was great, bed is comfortable, and the harbor/river view is excellent. I especially love the sitting area next to the big window for you to enjoy the view. However, be sure to keep your door key/card safe because they charge 500NTD if you lose each if you lose it. Also, for some reason there is an unplesant smell at the front entrance and some other areas inside the hotel, and it almost made me think that they have some kind of sewage issue in the surrounding area. Breakfast was OK. Mechanic parking only accommodates smaller cars but I managed to find street parking next to the river so it wasn't too bad. Very good location that you can easily walk across the bridge to the pier/arts district.
