When I checked in at the front desk, they couldn’t find my reservation using the booking number I provided, so I asked the staff to look it up by my name. However, the staff member was very impatient. Our family has always chosen this hotel whenever we visit Kaohsiung, but this is the first time we’ve experienced such unreasonable treatment. We are very disappointed.

Great value, great service andconvenient location.

The service was on point. Amazing staff and efficient service. However, the sound proof was not good, there was a baby crying next door, I could hear it clearly.....fortunately, there were earplugs upon request. If you're sensitive to sound make sure you bring earplugs for better sleep quality.

整體都很舒適滿意

房間雖然小了一點點，但兩個人住一天很不錯了， 而且整體都很乾淨，位置離捷運站很近， 停車格比較少，但是旁邊還有特約停車可以折抵， 很不錯。
