This unique location within the gated Lae Nani complex is the only building that is just two stories and not three. In this building, you are on the top floor, which offers an even more expansive view, and is reached by only a partial flight of stairs with the added plus of no one above you. Wonderful

We will stay here again if we return to the island. We enjoyed walking over to Lava Lava Beach Club next door and listening to music and eating at the restaurant.

Great location just steps from the beach and away from traffic or other distraction. The unit is spacious and comfortable, clean and immaculate. Wifi did not work during our 4-day stay and while management was responsive to our request, they were unable to restore before we left. Without wifi, you can't earn 5 stars.

I would highly recommend this property. The condo was extremely clean and well furnished. The bed was very comfortable. Great view of the pool and beach. Easy walking distance to shopping, restaurant. Great central location for reaching all parts of the island. The staff were very responsive and helped us plan excursions and made our trip very smooth. Would definitely return.

This place was great and very clean. There were a few communication issues like us not being able to check in until late because it wasn’t cleaned and gate codes were changed. Overall excellent place though, would definitely stay here again!!

View from the condo is fantastic. The beach and property at the condo complex is beautiful and well maintained. We loved that the condo provided beach chairs for us to use. The master bed was comfortable, but the carpet and living room furniture was pretty worn and could use some updating.

Stunning, 180 degrees of ocean view. Large lanai. Well appointed unit. Very large bathroom with large, walk-in shower, soaking tub, a bidet and even has decent lighting for puttin gon makeup. Loved the gated parking. Good size pool with comfortable loungers. Walking distance to several restaurants & shopping. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

Great Little Condo!

We have stayed in this condo several times and always enjoy our time there! It’s perfect for a couple! The only snafu was our door code was turned off early on our departure date and we couldn’t get in after our walk. A phone call took care of that tho.

This location is amazing! Close to eveything and the access to the pool, beach etc is outstanding. Grounds, pool, BBQ's all kept clean and nice for all to use. Our unit was spotless and modernly updated with a great kitchen to boot. The only thing that was under par was the air conditioning/handler for the living room. The bedroom was nice and cool, the living/dining area stayed warm thru day bottom line hot to where you could not sit in the living room area. VRBO staff was great and sent someone right away however the problem over the length of the stay was not resolved. The maintenance person check the temperature of the air handler in the front room at 8:30 in the morning so it showed fine. It was over the length of the day that the place got hot. We kept the shutters closed all day until evening around 6:30PM. LOVED the unit again....please know that the unit was unbeleiveable! Hope to be back once this A/C is resolved. We have made reservations for next year on Kauai at a different location.

Nice apartment at a great location

We had a nice relaxing stay. The appointment was clean and nicely equipped. The location is perfect. There was a small issue that was outside the management companies control but they still made it right. Great customer service that demonstrated that they do care.

Fantastic

This unit is one of the nicest places we have ever stayed at. On the second story and at the end of the building the view of the grounds and the ocean from the lenai is spectacular. The unit seems newly redone inside, everything is top notch. Sunrises are beautiful as were the moonrises. On lazy nights we just walked next door to the Lava Lava Beach Club for dinner, where live music was a fixture every evening.

Unit was fantastic. Very comfortable and clean and updated. Master bed was very comfortable. Great furniture: The recliner was great. . It was very comfortable and made the stay that more relaxing. The Management Office extremely kind. The Maintenance staff worked hard each day and always greeted us with a friendly smile They worked hard each day to ensure the grounds were clean and safe. Great place.

Super great place to stay in Kauai

Everything was so clean, all amenities were there, the location was excellent, check-in was super easy and we were allowed to check in early. The unit is right next to a restaurant that has nightly live Hawaiian music which we found to be pleasant. They stop playing at 9 pm. The grounds were beautifully landscaped and the area was very quiet. Would definitely stay here again
