We had a lovely stay at villa 1222. The Outrigger team was accessible and responsive with info leading up to our stay. Check in was easy and smooth. Good value of the place compared to other Kapalua villas available.The villa is well stocked with toiletries, towels and most things you would need. The kitchen has everything you would want to cook a full meal making it great for families eating in. The upstairs patio has a beautiful view down the fairway to the ocean. Kitchen and bathrooms have had a beautiful renovation. Bedroom and bath is upstairs. Downstairs is a pullout couch and a full bathroom making it perfect for it having to share bathrooms if you have an additional guest or kids. Pool was close by in a serene setting. Lots of loungers available in both shade and sun. Gas BBQs available. Some considerations that didn’t bother us but might bother others looking to rent this villa:- there is white carpet in living room and dining area. We put our baby’s high chair in the kitchen for this reason. There were already some minor stains on the carpet when we arrived. Vacuum in villa to use is not very good. - there are two A/C units. One in living and one upstairs in bedroom. While they cool these areas nicely, they can be loud. Including on the patio spaces they vent out to. We turned them off when outside to enjoy the nature sounds. - being on the ridge you get amazing views. But that means climbing hills on any walk you do in area. Overall we had an amazing stay
