As you enter this spacious villa you will be drawn to the expansive private lanai overlooking unobstructed views of the magical Maui waters. The large private lanai allows for relaxing or dine alfresco to a gorgeous Maui sunset. With views from the kitchen no one will mind cooking in this villa! Fully equipped with plate ware and utensils as well as all of the cooking items any chef would need. Complete with eat up breakfast bar. The living space is open and inviting. Offering plenty of seating, TV and sofa sleeper for additional guests. There is a window AC unit to keep cool. Just off the main living area is an additional bath for guests use. Washer/dryer allow for lighter packing. The guest bedroom offers the perfect set up with two twin beds that can convert to a king upon request. There is also window AC, TV, ceiling fan, and small lanai. Complete with ensuite bathroom featuring dual vanities, large tub/shower combo and large walk-in closet. Wake up to the marvelous views from your primary suite! Complete with king bed, TV, window AC unit and second lanai. Relax while sipping your morning coffee watching whales breach during season. The primary bath features a large walk in shower and lovely dual vanities. We had a wonderful time at the ridge property would definitely stay again. The property management company was awesome to work with. Everything was perfect. When we got there the location could not be beat. The Kapalua shuttle came right to unit and picked us up and dropped off anywhere in Kapalua. just a great place to stay I would highly recommend for families..

Stunning is the correct word for this villa. Clean, spacious, and all the amenities you could ever need. Beautiful views from every room. The grounds were also beautiful and quiet. Very walkable. Must have great pest control as we did not see any unwanted insects. So happy we chose this place for our stay.

Beautiful view BUT NEEDS REPAIRS

We’ve stayed at many Ridge Ocean view Villa in Kapalua over the last 30 + years. This one was our least favorite. While the view was beautiful, the washer was broken and unusable, ( this was a big problem for my family) , also there was a huge burn hole in a sofa cushion, additionally, wires were hanging out of a missing light fixture in the master bathroom shower. The front door could not be locked for the first two days. Not sure why these issues weren’t fixed before putting it up for rental. There are no USB Outlets. TVs are pretty small. At the end of our stay, while trying to walk out the front door (early in the morning) to leave for the airport, the front door had automatically locked up and we couldn’t LEAVE . Luckily, I remembered there was a side door, which allowed us to leave the villa.This could be a serious problem. When trying to contact a manager, It could take a day or two to get a manager response.
