My luggage was unfortunately left behind during my journey, which was a very stressful experience. However, the team at Swandor Topkapi Palace were extremely helpful, kind and understanding throughout the situation. They supported me and made me feel looked after while I was dealing with the problem.
I really appreciated their care and assistance, and it made a difficult situation much easier to manage. I would recommend Swandor Topkapi Palace to other travellers, especially for the helpful and welcoming staff.

This is easily one of the best all-inclusive resorts I’ve ever stayed at! It’s extremely family-friendly, features an amazing swimming pool, and serves a spectacular dinner buffet with a new cultural theme every night. Of course, the customer service was top-notch from start to finish. We will definitely be back!
