This condo is only steps from a lush pool area complete with a hot tub and cabana. Additionally, it is situated on the championship Ko'Olina Golf Club that features a clubhouse home to Roy’s Ko Olina, one of famous Chef Roy Yamaguchi’s 31 iconic restaurants.

Average nightly rate is based on a 30 night lease. Each guest at this Ko’Olina Kai villa will have exclusive access for as many of those 30 nights as you choose. Shorter stays are possible with this lease arrangement. While the leases are for 30 night, each vacationer can choose how many nights they would like to stay. For instance, if you want to vacation for two weeks and not four weeks, that is possible here and the monthly rate will still be the same.
