Amazing stay
My family had an amazing vacation and loved staying in this condo. The owners were always responsive to my requests before arriving. Once our stay started, we didn’t need help, but our contact person was always seen walking around the property. Location is perfect. The lagoon is beautiful and much more quiet than the others. It is an easy walk to Monkeypod and ABC store. My teens loved this condo and hope to return!

Perfect condo
Very happy with condo and location of condo. Very peaceful. Loved sitting out on Lanai. Easy walk to stores and restaurants. Liked it so much we booked a 3 bedroom for next year and bringing grandchildren and our daughter and son in law. I would highly recommend this condo for a fun vacation! The only thing I feel that the condo needs is at least one full size mirror and another Tommy Bahama Beach chair. The smaller beach chair is a little to hard to sit in and get up. Other than that amenities were perfect!

Great unit and location
The Ko Olina Beach Villas never disappoint! Location is amazing and the beach is steps away...you can also walk easily to the small shopping center and all the other resorts. The building has great amenities as well and being all owner owned condo's you don't get the hustle with a typical resort. This unit was clean, exactly as advertised, and the host was very helpful and easy to communicate with.

Great place!
This was our third stay at the Beach Villas and this unit was pretty good! The kitchen had basic cooking supplies (salt, pepper, olive oil, etc.), there was lots of beach toys and although the view is not great (see photo 43), it is nice that the balcony is so private. For kids, there was a high chair, pack n play and lots of plastic dishes. The full size washer/dryer was great to have as well. Cons: the corners of the glass dining table are a bit of a hazard if you have a toddler, the parking stall is quite far and there wasn’t a standard baking sheet. Overall, this isn’t the nicest unit we have stayed in but it’s still awesome and we would stay here again - you can’t go wrong at the Beach Villas, this place is paradise for families!

Great Location
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this unit. Unit was clean, and we love the proximity to the beach/lagoon. I love that this unit is on the quiet side, so no noises from pool/parking lot. They had a new washer/dryer unit put in and drying time was less than an hr, very efficient. Communication with owner was great. We wish the assigned parking was closer. This unit is at the ocean tower, but parking is at beach tower so there’s a bit of a walk and change of 2 elevators to get to the parking lot. But otherwise everything was just perfect. We’ll definitely be back!

Family time
A great place to share time with family. Everyone was impressed with our accommodations. We loved the Koi ponds and the beautiful Koi. A great place to reflect. The quiet pool is a great to separate from the kiddo beach area, with 3 different hot tub areas to use, The sunsets were amazing during our stay. The kitchen area was impressive but the coffee maker needs an upgrade. My wife loved the wine fridge. The carpets could use a cleaning according to my super clean wife, but the bedroom door opening by itself is great during the Halloween time period. The drawers in our room did the same. Interesting. Overall this villa was a great place to bond. We will be back.

Top Notch Stay!!
David and Jennifer's beach villa is simply wonderful. Everything is top notch from the appliances to the bedding. The dining and living room area is such a nice common area for everyone to hang out. I think what makes this place so nice is because it feels like someone has shared their lovely home with you and has shared all of the niceties that they enjoy with you. It doesn't feel like a rental. It is one of the nicest places we have stayed in and we go to Hawaii at least once a year and always stay in a condo. The grounds are also pristine. There are two pools, a beautiful koi pond, BBQs, and outdoor showers. But the real gem is the proximity to lagoon 2 (Honu). We snorkeled everyday in this lagoon, saw plenty of fish and relaxed on the shoreline. It was the BEST. It is so quiet and beautiful. You will not be disappointed if you are lucky enough to rent this villa. Jennifer and David are easy to communicate with and their local property managers provide greeting services that IS the aloha spirit. We were sad to have to leave. A very memorial stay!
My family and I just returned from a weeklong stay at this listing and had a memorial time! From the initial booking to the weeks leading up to our stay, the hosts were quick and proactive to communicate with us and promptly answer any questions. Once there, checking in went as smoothly as can be. The convenient location of the unit provided quick and convenient access to the pool, beach, gym and our car The unit was very clean and well maintained upon arrival and it provided an amazing kitchen for us to prep our meals. Its location allowed us to easy access to the beaches that our kids thoroughly enjoyed. Would definitely rebook this unit in the near future.

We had a wonderful stay with a great view from the porch and it was tucked away on a quiet spot on the resort, although the entire place is wonderful! Access to the pools, and beach was easy. Great stay
We had a great time at the Beach Villas in Ko Olina. First time staying on this side of the island. The check-in process was super smooth. We stayed 12 days in total and had no issues where we had to connect with the property owner/manager. There was a binder with all the info you need about the unit. We did have some trouble with the lights but overall things went smoothly. Parking was 2 floors down and a bit of a walk to the unit as the unit is located in the ocean tower.

Loved our stay here. Property is great for kids and adults. Our son loved the koi pond and the kid’s beach area of the pool. The bathtubs are really deep and hard to bath a kid in but overall no complaints!

I had never heard of Ko Olina prior to this trip and I am so glad this is where my children and I were able to spend our week! This may be the first vacation that we have truly come home relaxed. Everything from the properties atmosphere to their customer service is amazing.

Picture perfect vacation.
Hawaii has always been on my bucket list. The condo had everything you needed. Beautiful walk down the beach to get to the shopping and eating places. Easy beach access. Swimming pools were very nice. only a 5 minute walk to the beach tower on the other side where the rest of our family was staying. The couple i rented the codo from was a little retired couple. They were very sweet. Miss Jennifer was always available when i had any questions. Thank you guys so much for sharing your place of paradise with us. If we ever decide to come back we will defintley stay at the same place.

Fantastic property
This was everything the advertising promised and more . Gorgeous grounds and condo. We had a two bedroom place which was laid out perfectly to give my husband and I our space with King bed and bathroom while our daughter, son-in-law and 9 month granddaughter had their place to close the bedroom door and be alone. Beautiful kitchen and lanai and the pools were great. Our granddaughter had her first venture in the pool and loved it! The lagoon right outside the grounds was great for snorkeling and swimming and the grass along the beach made a comfortable place to play with baby in the shade while mom and dad swam.

A Home away from Home
My family and I had an incredible time staying in Ko Olina while visiting my brother who is stationed on Oahu in the Army. The amenities were fantastic, along with many nearby shops and restaurants. Would highly recommend staying in this area versus Waikiki! We will be back for sure!

Amazing stay in a clean, beautiful location
Communication was A+ and the stay was just as good! It was located in a clean and quiet condo. We stayed in a 2 bedroom and couldn’t have been happier. The property had a few pools, an area fkr kids amd a bar. It was located on one of the lagoons. I loved that this location was quiet and away from the hustle and bustle from the Aulani/other resorts, but you still had access to them. The condo had beach chairs, beach toys, pack n plays, highchair, a comfy patio, large kitchen, and spacious rooms. I would 100% stay here again.

Great for families with little kids
Overall, great experience. Location, convenience, access to the beach, pools, bbq, and everything for a family with a toddler. Lagoons are great for children, the beach is not noisy or crowded. You can enjoy and relax. The condo has a great floor plan and worked for a couple with a toddler and a couple of relatives. We would be happy to spend another vacation here.

The rental was in terrific shape with modern accommodations. the location was convenient to everything we wanted to do from the North Shore to the Windward side of Oahu to Pearl Harbor and Waikiki. Jennifer and her on-site folks were easy to work with and accessible when needed. Top notch experience. Highly recommend.

Very enjoyable stay...
My family/I visited in March to attend my cousin's wedding. We were able to check in a few hours early which was great. The unit came fully equipped including condiments and necessities like dish sponge and laundry detergent! There were also beach chairs, towels and a cooler which was super convenient when going to the beach. The unit was very clean and on the quiet side of the building. There was an issue with the AC and washing machine but I notified Jennifer/Lynn and they had maintenance come by to address the issues in a timely manner. My family enjoyed our time and would definitely stay here again. Thank you!
