This spacious two bedroom, two bathroom ocean view villa can sleep up to eight people comfortably. The primary bedroom is equipped with a king size bed, a private balcony, and an ensuite bathroom. This luxurious bathroom consists of an oversized soaking tub and a walk-in shower and dual vanities. The guest bedroom also comes with a king size bed, a sitting area that converts to a sleeper sofa, a small dining area for two, and an ensuite bathroom. This bathroom has a combination tub and shower with a single vanity. Between the bedrooms are the living and dining areas. The living room has another sleeper sofa, large floor to ceiling windows, a fully furnished balcony, and a large TV. The dining area comes with a table for six to eat at comfortably. The full kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook a homemade meal. It comes with a full size refrigerator, stovetop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, dishes, glassware, and utensils. Off the side of the kitchen is a washer and dryer for your convenience.

Units are assigned at check-in, pictures are representative of unit, décor, layout and room view may vary. View types need to be requested at the time of booking. Requests are taken, but not guaranteed, as units are assigned at the time of check-in by the front desk. Due to property layout, the Ocean View categorized units may be obstructed by unit location and/or landscaping.

Beach Chairs / Umbrellas and Cabanas are available for rental by Reservation. All reservations are accepted about a week in advance of the arrival date.

Cashless Resort - The only acceptable form of payment is a credit/debit card.

An ID and credit card are required at check-in for a refundable security deposit

The Naiʻa Pool will be closed for refurbishment from Sep 7, 2026 to Dec 18, 2026. All other resort pools and amenities are expected to remain open during this time.
Beginning Jan. 4, 2027 to Jun. 23, 2027, the Kona Tower at the resort will be undergoing villa refurbishment. Work will occur daily during daytime hours, so please anticipate construction noise during this time. All other resort amenities are expected to remain open and fully operational for your enjoyment.
