Ocean View Villa on 6th floor w/Semi-Private Elevator

Our condo is both beautiful and luxurious. Take advantage of the view by opening the lanai doors that disappear into the walls for the ultimate in indoor/outdoor living. It has a full frontal ocean view from the Lanai, the living room, kitchen, and dining room. The kitchen is a chefs delight that was designed by chef Roy Yamaguchi of Roy's restaurants. It has all stainless steel top of the line appliances by Sub Zero, Paykel-Fisher and Bosch. Granite counters with designer tile backsplash. The living room has designer furnishings and a 46 inch flat screen TV with DVD and I-pod dock. All the bedrooms come with designer liens and furnishings. All three have flat screen TVs. The master has a walk in closet, separate shower and soaking tub and a small lanai overlooking the Ko Olina golf course. There is a Bosch washer and dryer in the condo. The grounds of the development are stunning! With 3 pools, 3 spas, koi ponds, state of the art fitness center w/steam room, sauna/massage, beach bar.

Ko’Olina Stay

Our Christmas in Hawaii was amazing!!! The place was very comfortable and had many amenities. Kitchen was very nice and had plenty of items to use everyday. Beach Villas are a lot less crowded than the other resorts.

We loved our stay in this Villa and at Ko'Olina. The location is great, the view was spectacular, and the Villa was perfect! I highly recommend and Eric was great to work with. We will definitely be coming back here in the future.

Perfect birthday getaway!

The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we could have needed for a great stay. The beach chairs and beach towels provided were such a surprise compared to other hosts we’ve had. The host was very responsive which helped us feel confident things would be in order for checkin. Once we arrived, checkin was a breeze! Highly recommend. would def stay again!

Amazing Vacation

Beautiful condo and quiet resort. Couldn't have had a better experience. I read online about the pool being too cold but that was not the case at all. A smart watch read 82F in the afternoon and our 6/4 year-olds had no problem swimming at 8AM everyday when it opened. Beautiful property and the sheltered lagoons were great for the kids too.

Great property, unit is perfect. Clean, well appointed, close to amenities, great view, better in real life than in pictures. We would highly recommend this property and this particular unit to everyone and would definitely stay here again.

Lovely and peaceful condo

We had a wonderful stay! Beach area was close and not crowded at all. Pool was beautiful. Lots of great restaurants nearby, even close enough to walk. Condo was very nice and provided extras like beach chairs and snorkel masks. Parking spots are very small and a lot of people have giant cars!

Wonderful Ocean Front Condo

Love this complex and location. Condo is stocked with everything you need for cooking, beach toys for the kids, chairs. Ocean front view is beautiful we enjoyed our time here. Beach access is right out the door, man made lagoon is perfect for swimming and the beach is never that crowded. ko’Olina has been our go to our last few visits we love the area and we would definitely stay in the Beach Villas again.

Beautiful Property

My husband and I took both of our elderly mothers for their first visit to Hawaii. We wanted a place where they could enjoy the outdoors and feel safe on days they did not want to sightsee with us; this was the perfect spot! Appreciated the timely and caring communications with the owner. Having a greeter upon check-in was very welcomed. Would definitely stay here again.

First time in Hawaii

It was the perfect place for our family. Traveling with our adult children and small grandchildren ages 3 and 10 months. This condo had 3 bedrooms and 2 pack and play’s which accommodated everyone’s needs. The 2 outdoor lanai’s were a great place for us to enjoy the sunrise and sunsets. And the property was quiet and not crowded like the neighboring resorts. Daily fish feeding that the little ones got to participate in. 3 pools, 3 hot tubs and beach access was perfect for everyone. Would highly recommended this property.

Amazing Stay at Ko Olina

We had an amazing stay at Ko Olina. The lagoon right out front of the property was uncrowded, especially compared to the adjacent lagoons. The protected lagoon was wonderful with safe/no worry water play for our kids (3, 5, 7). It has sufficient snorkeling for our needs, but nothing amazing (go up a few mins to electric beach). We DID see several turtles throughout the week as well as a visit from a monk seal one day. Be aware that no (unpaid) temporary shade is allowed on any of the lagoons. There are several trees, but they are further from the water and fill up fast. The unit has several beach chairs, sand toys, and a rolling cooler. A beach wagon would be my only recommendation to the host as it is a decent walk through the pool area to the beach. The chairs are of the Costco variety so easy enough to connect two and carry them down like a back pack.The room was as described and pictured. The modular wall connecting the lanai, kitchen and main sitting area was great for those morning hours and golden hour. Note: In Feb the sunset was obstructed by the Beach building, but still great.We will definitely look to return again!

Ko Olina Beach Villas was an amazing place to stay. Great for all ages and clean resort style atmosphere. The staff was excellent and the accommodations were fully furnished and supplied everything you needed to have great beach experience as well as a fully functional kitchen for meal preparation . Highly recommend this resort and would definitely visit again.
