The "Casa Vista Baltica" spans two levels and offers 129 m² of living space, providing an unforgettable vacation with panoramic sea views.
In the open-plan living room with a fireplace and access to the spacious roof terrace, you can relax on the large sofa.
The modern and fully equipped kitchen offers seating for up to eight people in the adjacent dining area.
All three bedrooms feature double beds (180 x 200 cm) and flat-screen TVs. One of the bedrooms also offers a bunk bed with two additional sleeping spaces.
In one of the two bathrooms, you'll find a walk-in shower, an infrared sauna, a washing machine, and a dryer. The other bathroom invites you to relax in the bathtub.
The absolute highlight of the apartment is the 28 m² roof terrace with breathtaking views over an unspoiled nature reserve. Here you can relax, use the electric grill, and enjoy the expansive natural surroundings.
Two private parking spaces are available directly in front of the property.

Die Wohnung war total schön und super ausgestattet!
Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war vor Ort schnell und sehr nett.
Ein Treppengitter, wenn man mit kleinen Kindern reist, wäre noch perfekt.

Gerne wieder!
Wir haben die Ferienwohnung so vorgefunden wie sie inseriert war. Tolle Lage, man ist schnell am Strand und zum Edeka ist es zu Fuß auch nicht weit.
Meinem Sohn ist eine Nachttischlampe runter gefallen, bei der Lösungssuch dafür war die Kommunikation super.
Wir kommen gerne wieder.
